Calls are indexed according to date, time, direction, extension number, seat numbers (server software), file size and an ‘add note’ section. |
Can each call be referenced?
Not on this product, but there is a facility to ad notes to each call. |
Do I need to have a server ?
No, Ecko will provide clients with recording server as part of the solution. |
Can I retrieve calls from my desk or do I have to go to the server?
Yes you can retrieve calls from your desk. Ecko will provide you with this software. |
In what format is calls recorded and stored?
Calls are recorded in wav format, but can be converted to mp3. |
Does the system have multiple options to retrieve calls?
Yes it does, search filters according to date, direction of calls, extension number, file name and notes. |
What do you charge for call out and or on-site support fees?
There is no charge for all rental clients. Purchase clients with no SLA signed,
will be charged accordingly for on-site support and travel if needed. |
What kind of support levels do you supply?
We have different levels of SLA’s, which is included in all rentals.
Remote support is also included depending on client needs.
Purchase clients have the option of taking out a SLA with us. |
